SSN leads a collaborative global membership community of schools and higher education institutions, exploring and developing effective practices to foster healthy, interculturally competent global citizens. We connect ideas and cultures across the world, developing socially responsible leadership through international education.

Why we do it?

We believe in the power of learning from each other, making friends, and fostering a sense of belonging and community. By connecting children across borders, we help them build meaningful relationships and promote global understanding.

Inspired by the cherished tradition of pen-pals, we aim to nurture those same friendships and understanding—but through movement and fun activities that make the experience even more engaging and heartwarming.

We’ve steadily built our capacity to collect, aggregate and analyse data. We have been working diligently to learn from all of thetypes of data we collect, building systems to gather, portray and share it in usable forms with our members.
