Sister Schools Network

The Sister Schools Network is an innovative, interdisciplinary educational project that brings together students and teachers from across Europe. The project aims to establish lasting partnerships between schools in different countries, fostering cultural exchange, collaboration, and mutual learning.

At the heart of the project lies the Physically Active Learning approach. By integrating movement into the learning process, the project enhances academic development while making learning more engaging and long-lasting. Classroom activities that incorporate physical activity support not only students’ cognitive growth, but also their physical and emotional well-being.

The Sister Schools Network aims to raise intercultural awareness among students and foster their growth as global citizens. Through online meetings, classroom-based activities, and joint projects, students connect with peers from different countries. These interactions help them develop key 21st-century skills such as communication, teamwork, empathy, and digital literacy.

For teachers, the project provides a platform to share pedagogical experiences internationally, explore diverse teaching practices, and establish meaningful professional collaborations that contribute to their continuous development.

By combining movement with learning, the Sister Schools Network promotes a more inclusive, interactive, and healthy model of education. Expanding across Europe, the network builds strong, cross-border relationships among students and educators, contributing to the spread of a sustainable and innovative learning culture.

Schools, teachers, and institutions interested in joining the project are welcome to contact us and become part of the network. With each new participant, the Sister Schools Network grows stronger and more impactful.
