Membership Fees
SSN is a not-for-profit membership organisation of schools and higher education institutions. Membership is granted to schools, colleges and universities, organizations and individuals that meet membership requirements for their category and agree to uphold the corresponding SSN Code of Ethics.
The fees below are effective 1 January 2025 through December 2025.
SSN School Annual Membership Fee (for primary/secondary schools)

School Membership Fees are due annually. Invoices are raised and collected in € EURO based on the school’s current student enrolment. Fees can be paid via credit card or bank transfer.
SSN School Membership Application & Engagement Fee €4,500 One-time fee, per application Fee covers processing of application and the engagement visit. Engagement visit is a virtual visit (discussion) with members of the school community to discuss the school’s commitment and capacity to align with the SSN Code of Ethics and membership standards. |

SSN Accreditation is available only to SSN school members.

The Annual Accreditation Fee will be invoiced at the same time as the Registration Fee. Completing registration formally starts the process to become accredited.
Schools undergoing a Preparatory Evaluation, or a Team Evaluation, may incur travel costs if the visit is conducted on campus. The term ‘costs’ includes travel, travel insurance, accommodation, visas, meals, etc. for all evaluators.
Additional fees may apply for special (additional) evaluations.
